The Threshold South East Regional Office is based in Dartford at Brunel Way, a 3 or 4 minute drive from junction 1A of the M25. The office provides a regional hub from which our team of mortgage advisers can provide mortgage advice, protection advice, buildings and contents insurance or wealth advice for pension, investment or estate planning, we’re here to help.

Threshold are an established mortgage broker firm and recognised as one of the leading new build mortgage brokers nationally. Dartford perhaps in modern days is most associated with the bridge but it has a long history of being a town providing connectivity not just across the river but between London and the continent. Threshold chose Dartford as an ideal location from which to provide mortgage and financial advice for our clients in the South East. Threshold has been established at our Dartford office for some years and is happy to see clients face to face for mortgage advice.

Although much of what we use to provide financial advice in the modern day is technology based we are still grateful to Dartford for establishing the first paper mill in the UK in the 16th Century as the requirement for paper within the mortgage advice process has not reduced!
